Darren Jones of DAJ Audio & FaitalPRO

Based in Romford, Essex, UK, DAJ Audio is managed and owned by Darren Jones, who defines himself as "a professional box designer and builder, and a company who design bespoke audio systems that can deliver everything that is promised".

After around five years since we last described his activities, he is still walking the same path, being faithful to designing loudspeaker boxes and systems personally tuned for each venue that "make listening to music very easy on the ear".

Brad Katz of Waveworks interviewed by Jason Longobardo of FaitalPRO.
Jason Longobardo: “Please can you give us a brief company history or overview, such as who you are, your range of activities and the customer groups you focus on.”
Brad Katz: “Waveworks, with headquarter in Oakland, California, was recently born out of my need to create idealized relationships for our wide client base. We serve the high-end commercial AV installation/integration market and also rent pro-audio systems.

Scott Hinson is an electrical and acoustical engineer and a custom Pro - Home Hi Fi builder out of Austin, Texas. Jason Longobardo of FaitalPRO gets some details of his activities.

Scott Hinson: "I am an electrical engineer who does power electronics and acoustical design. I started designing speakers 25 years ago and I am still doing a lot of consulting design and help people create acoustic systems. I am -probably- best known in the audio world for a facebook page called DIYRM, which stands for Do It Yourself Reference Monitor. I try to help builders get the best sound design results by discussing practical engineering decisions they'll have to make in speaker design, pro or home.
